This is a great multipurpose form.
We needed a form that didn't cost an arm and a leg to write up piece worker subcontractors paystub. This is the right size and the right price.

super service from staples
I won't be using these for another month yet but these do look like they will be close to ideal are just the right size to leave room for more then the usual brief description of the purchase. The very best part of this transaction was how quickly they arrived at my front door less then 2 days from when I ordered them.

Simple form.
Very generic non-specific form. Just what I needed for the many scenarios we'd use it for. Plenty of lines and room for notes. Carbonless works great too (nice and dark copy).

I use these books for my retail business. Sew Bizzie Quilting. They work great I put an extra piece of cardboard under the paper for added protection from the carbonless copy. I tend to press too hard and it comes out on the other pages. So I find using another piece of cardboard works great !

Great Order Forms
I use these forms to record 100% of my sales. They work very well. The carbonless copy is easy to read and stays that way indefinitely. Paper is very thin per set so there is a "bleeding" through to the next set. Expected better quality for the amount of money that Staples charges for this item.

Use these regularly.
We use these on a continual basis and every time I have to find one that best suits our needs. I have used at least 3 different types of books that are very similar. Wish the same one was available every time I am shopping.
