Good product
For our buildings, we find this to be more than adequate, and at a very decent price. For the convenience of being able to use with our 32 gallon trash cans, the members are not concerned about any noise.

Attached instantly to accompany a similarly setup rubber trash can
Worked great. Arrived, of course, right on schedule. Attached with no difficulty. Wheels around the halls and even outside without any wobbling.
