I do not think Staples needs to ask me every time I buy a pen or pencil at their store and what I thought about my experience . Please fire your marketing staff they are overzealous. walking in and buying the toner cartridge was okay dealing with your questions afterwards sucked you get an F.

Wrong Toner Cartridge
I love my laser printer LJ1020. Finally had to buy a new cartridge on behalf of my elderly father. Unfortunately the HP website gave the wrong information this the wrong cartridge shipped. Not tech savvy he opened it. No return here!

To be perfectly honest with you, I was disappointed. The print was extremely light and difficult to read. I figured it probably had been on the shelf for quite awhile. I have not had this difficulty before.The next time I go in I will be ordering the C7115X And hoping that the print will be darker than on the C7115A. I prefer to be able to read what I am printing.
