Love my Sharp EL-1197PIII
I have used one for many years. Now I work part time and the office just moved to a different place where I have my own desk. Bought the new one for at home and took the old one to the office. I just don't like the little hand calculators, and am happy to have the same one to use at both places.

Sharp EL-1197PIII 12-digit desktop calculator
Ordered this same calculator on 8/31/2024 no problem. This calculator has a detachable power cord, but the cord has slits in it as if it is cut. Not the same cord as previous calculator purchased. Cord is much thicker and not detachable. See attached pictures.

Great Adding Machine
I would definitely recommend this adding machine. I have had mine for years. Our office needed to replace one for someone else in our office and this one the only one we considered.

love this calculator had one before
love this calculator. I had one before this .I would recommend this product. The print is large enough to seeand the buttons are very easy to work with and the paper.is easy to change;.

Great Calculator
In my 30+ years of working in the Finance department, I have always used a Sharp Calculator. When I ordered it, I was pleasantly surprised that we were offered a lower price. I even had a coupon which made the price even better.

Good Machine

Does it's job but ink ribbon fades fast
I reordered this exact calculator hoping that Sharp had fixed their ribbon from fading so fast but I'm still having the same issue. Please create a better product where the ribbon ink doesn't fade!! I do taxes so I am adding constantly through out the day and being able to see the numbers on the printed tape is a must.
