Love my Sharp EL-1197PIII
I have used one for many years. Now I work part time and the office just moved to a different place where I have my own desk. Bought the new one for at home and took the old one to the office. I just don't like the little hand calculators, and am happy to have the same one to use at both places.

Sharp EL-1197PIII 12-digit desktop calculator
Ordered this same calculator on 8/31/2024 no problem. This calculator has a detachable power cord, but the cord has slits in it as if it is cut. Not the same cord as previous calculator purchased. Cord is much thicker and not detachable. See attached pictures.

This seems like an ok calculator for the price. It's not the high end, probably around the middle.

Exactly what I was looking for. Same model as one that lasted about 25 yrs. his one is bigger.
Have had a couple of different ones in the meantime that just were not what I needed. I think this one is.

Sharp Calculator
So far I am loving it. It is a little large for the area I have to work with but making it work. Has an easy touch to it and large print. I would highly recommend it

Sharp Printing Calculator
This is the Second Sharp Calculator, same model, we've purchased. First one still working perfectly after several years of service so we purchased another one to replace a different brand calculator that went crazy and this one is working GREAT also.

Sharp Calculator
This calculator is much quieter than my old Sharp. The buttons are easier to push. It has several bells and whistles that I don't necessarily need right now but it's nice to know that they are available. Definitely a good purchase!

Great for home use
It was finally time to replace my 30+ year old Sharp calculator at home. My new one received good reviews and it was pretty much the same size as my old one. The price was also right. The only real difference compared to my old calculator is that the new one prints a little slower but this is not an industrial calculator so I'm not surprised. I use the print function qu...
