Love my Sharp EL-1197PIII
I have used one for many years. Now I work part time and the office just moved to a different place where I have my own desk. Bought the new one for at home and took the old one to the office. I just don't like the little hand calculators, and am happy to have the same one to use at both places.

Sharp EL-1197PIII 12-digit desktop calculator
Ordered this same calculator on 8/31/2024 no problem. This calculator has a detachable power cord, but the cord has slits in it as if it is cut. Not the same cord as previous calculator purchased. Cord is much thicker and not detachable. See attached pictures.

This item is very highly recommended. We use ours in a high volume daily accounting retail business. We will one buy THIS model. It's predecessor lasted over 10 years and was only replaced because it looked worn out & beat up... it was still working perfectly fine

Sharp EL-1197PIII
I has purchased a Sharp calculator many years ago and was still using it. Husband needed calculator for his shop so I decided to upgrade mine. Wow....love the new calculator. The screen is nice and bright, the numbers on tape are bold, and it is lightening quick. The price was right and the quality is great.

I love this calculator. I had one previously that quit on me and so my boss went and picked up a new calculator and I used it for a while, did not like and so I had to go back to my old faithful. The keys are so easy to reach and easy to use. My absolute favorite.
