Defective
It's full of toner I weighed it. But it prints very very light. It's not a problem with the printer another cartridge prints perfectly. I wonder if I can return it. Last thing I returned cost me more time on the phone than the cost of the item.

Poor quality
This toner is poor quality as the ink is so light you can barely read it. Should definitely be darker for what you pay for this cartridge.
