Defective
It's full of toner, I weighed it. But it prints very, very light. It's not a problem with the printer, another cartridge prints perfectly. I wonder if I can return it. Last thing I returned cost me more time on the phone than the cost of the item.

Excellent Products but...
Wish they could make reconditioned ones that were a little less expensive. It's difficult when you are on a TIGHT budget!!!

This is a dependable product
I like the advantage of when it starts to fade I can shake it a few times and get an amazing number of additional copies. Usually am able to shake it 2 or 3 times for gooo results.

Been using it for years.....
I use it for high volume printing...and it works for me. I'm frugal...so I check web sites to ensure its the cheapest price....or I tell Staples and they give it to me at that price.

15-A and 15-X HP toner
We print 2,000 plus pages per month. I compared 15-X with 15-A and found that the figures are pretty accurate. 15-A generated 2,800 letters and the 15-X generated 3,900 letters. You have got to remove the cartridge frequently at the end to "tap down" the toner. If you don't, you could lose 10% of the potential number of copies. Not a complaint, but I hope people are awa...
