Defective
It's full of toner, I weighed it. But it prints very, very light. It's not a problem with the printer, another cartridge prints perfectly. I wonder if I can return it. Last thing I returned cost me more time on the phone than the cost of the item.

Good product, high price
I rely on my printer quite a bit....brochures, letters, resumes, map/direction print outs...etc. so I need a product that is long-lasting and provides a quality copy. I have used this and only this product for my multi-functional printer...and find no need to change. However, I do wish it was less costly.

Recommend the 15X instead of 15A last alot longer and better for heavy users

I will buy this product again.
This cartridge lasts a long time in my black&white laser printer in the high school library. We print lots of research papers so I need something that will last.

Good quality product
I routinely print out multiple pages of meeting minutes, etc. plus regular certificates of achievement, etc. for the state garden club and this product does a great job for me.

No need to look for something better
I am a bookkeeper. I go through about 1 cartridge a month. Once I found this product I stopped looking for something else. It never fails me.
