Defective
It's full of toner, I weighed it. But it prints very, very light. It's not a problem with the printer, another cartridge prints perfectly. I wonder if I can return it. Last thing I returned cost me more time on the phone than the cost of the item.

HP TONER
Works great. High quality. Last longer and great value. I order this from Staples even though they have a cheaper option. The other option is not as good and does not last as long.

Quality product but it doesn't last as long as claimed
We never have any problems with HP toner cartridges but they never last as long as expected. I'm not sure we get 3,500 pages as listed for the 15X High Yield.
