Defective
It's full of toner, I weighed it. But it prints very, very light. It's not a problem with the printer, another cartridge prints perfectly. I wonder if I can return it. Last thing I returned cost me more time on the phone than the cost of the item.

This product is excellent. I have tried in the past to use generic brands of toner and the quality is not the same. The HP toner is the best. It is not cheap but you get what you pay for. I would never consider using a cheaper brand or recycled cartridge as you get what you pay for. There is a reason these cartridges are expensive, they are the Cadillac of printing.

worth the extra money to buy 15X
I have an old HP printer (HP LaserJet 1000 series) that refuses to die on me. I used to buy the 15A black toner cartridges, but I'm a heavy printer and it became cost prohibitive. I finally realized that this toner cartridge comes in this larger volume size - the difference in what I can print for an extra $10 or so is incredible. I do find that even when the toner star...

I ordered this online from Staples and got it the next day. I have been using this toner in my HP laser printer for several years. The laser is now old but has continued to work perfectly. the toner seems to last for several months

Tried knock-offs this is the best
I've tried other Knock-offs that fit my machine, but they all leave residue all over the drum and the paper. Very unprofessional. Now i'm using Genuine HP Cartridges and they are the best, alittle pricey but well worth it.

HP Black Toner
We use only this brand with our printer. Each cartridge lasts about 2 mos. We print three copies of each patients chart and the quality is always good even at the end of the cartridge. Never had a bad cartridge in 4 yrs.

HP Toner is great!
I have an HP 1200 workhorse printer and have never used anything besides HP cartridges. I use the15X High Yield because I don't have to think about replacing a cartridge every couple of months. Awesome clarity.

WORKHORSE!
We have been using an HP LaserJet 1200 for more than 10 years. Every time we run low on ink we worry that we will need to replace the old machine with one of the new printers. Just installed a new 15X Black Toner Cartridge and the print quality is as good as it was 10 years ago. There's a lot to be said for using a trusted brand with a money back guarantee!

High quality, and reliable
My old (going on ancient) HP printer worked very well with the original, non-high-yield cartridge, and it works equally well with this one. I use my printer for manuscript and other needed paperwork. This cartridge has a long life and excellent print quality. I'll use it as long as my printer lives.
