I've been going to this Staples for a while now and every time I go in I'm greeted by the staff and treated great. For this particular order, I was in store and they didn't have what I needed so the sales associate looked it up online and placed the order for me...super easy. Was a good product - not so much now
For some reason the last batch of these covers do not punch cleanly. The covers end up with plastic bits around the holes - some even have hanging chads.
