CANON BCI 6 VALUE/BLACKCOLOR INK CARTRIDGES
IT IS NOT THE RIGHT SIZE, ( THE BLACK INK CARTRIDGE. IT IS A HALF SIZE ONE) I NEED A FULL SIZE ONE TO FIT AND FILL THE INK CAETRIDGE HOLDER ALONG WITH THE OTHER TWO , WHICH ARE HALF SIZE ONES. I TRIED TELLING THE PERSON AT THE STORE THIS. BUT THEY SAID THIS WOULD WORK. IT DOES NOT PRINT. ANY THOUGHTS. JIM.

I was very please with my recent ink purchase and customer service....this particular ink ctg. was not available in store, but the associate helped me and did the online computer order right there in the store for me.

My 1st pre-order purchase. It came in as promised. Had it shipped to store and it took too long for them to locate an employee who would go find it.
Next time I'll have it shipped to my home or office. I think it will be faster when the store doesn't have sufficient staff.
