Product has issues
We ordered this machine because we had used it prior to getting a digital one. We had to return it because the Month would NOT advance on its own. We received the second one no problem. She stated when I received the replacement one that returns are for 30 days. I explained to her the issue, was no problem getting the replacement once explained. The Second machine did t...

Not automatic
This is not automatic in that you have to manually change the date to the 1st, after a month with only 30 days. The print is a little small. Other than that it works good, looks sturdy.

Brand is good, but the description from Staples sucked!
I bought this to replace our previous Acroprint time clock that was over 20 years old. They are a durable product. HOWEVER....this one is in military time. AND it prints the date instead of just the day of the week. I now have to go in and advance the date at the end of each month that does not have 31 days. UGH!!! Does not say that anywhere in the description and...

Just What We Needed
Product is as we expected, with one exception - it's military time, not the regular one. The description of the product needs to be a bit more specific. Otherwise, got here the day after I ordered, not damaged. Been working great.
