Staples Insertable Reference Dividers, 8-tab, clear,8/12 X 11
I like them very much. It was very easy to divide the papers into catagories and will make it much easier to find important information quicker.

Waste of Money
Dividers aren't large enough. For instance, if the sheets you are dividing, are placed in protective sheets, and placed in a binder, the dividers are hidden by the actual document. Which defeats the whole purpose.
Also, the insertable tabs that came with dividers are too big for the tabs. So I had to cut them first. They look like they're made for a different product...
