Wrong binding
Initial order the binding was wrong employee then wanted to argue that it wasn't. Called next day to speak to supervisor admitted he did the order but didn't know how to do the correct binding. He then referred me to Pam at another location who said she is always fixing their screwups and said I needed to call the other supervisor have him refund my order put it on a ...

I use this one - the 12 sheet and the 24 sheet one. Both are fantastic and should be used by everyone. The cover and spine are easy to personalize and the sheet protectors are a nice quality.

Great presentation for gift
Used this to protect the copies of a family history project I made as a gift for a family member. I used the front cover for a picture and the rest of the pages were placed back to back. It protected the sheets as various people paged through to view. So much better and professional looking instead of just stapling the sheets together.

Pages aren’t open?
This is a great concept but how come every page protector sheet is completely sealed? Like I had to cut a tiny corner from the top of the page and be able to slowly pull the top apart. Every page in both of the folders I bought was like this.
