Dead On Arrival
I used these Batteries in a New Label Maker that I also Purchased from Staples. These Batteries only lasted about an hour into my Project and I only printed about a dozen label's before having to leave the Job Site to purchase more. item was ordered but shipped to another address. Asked if the driver knew were it was and could go get it and bring it to me. .No reply. Asked if I could be reimbursed for the loss unless they want to try and ship me another set that was on sale. They emailed me to ask for the item and order number OF THE ITEM SHOWN. I did. Have no heard anything a couple of weeks.

Shipping Terrible
See photos for how 4 packages of batteries and a randomly torn packing slip arrived. Nothing to brace them and 36 AA batteries spilled all over. Clearly knew it might happen because they put rubber bands around AA and AAA boxes but the ends split open. Looked like hell in there and a pain to put back in broken box.
