I highly recommend this item!
We've had a few mail carts over the pass 20 years. This one is ready special! We even use it to delivery to other bulidings. The wheels are solid. They have no problem going over cement or asphalt.

Just What We Wanted
Had a little problem getting the wheels on but other than that was failry easy to assemble. Easy to move around and holds what we need it to.
