Roll too fat for my credit card machine.
I thought I got the bargain but when I got home I found that the 85’ roll was too fat to fit into our credit card machine. My assistant returned the rolls. My 5-star rating is for Staples for allowing the exchange for a smaller roll.

Fits right in
Needed rolls of thermal paper for our battery tester at work after shopping around this was the best option to fit the machine. Luckily it was stocked on the shelf and priced sensibly. Fits the machine perfectly.

Great customer service!
We ran out prematurely at our store I came and did not see what I was looking. I wish there was some help on the floor as I was leaving the lady up front asked me if I found everything and when I told her what I was looking for directed me to the location! Big thanks to her!!
