It all seemed very nice until the white string like a shoe lace wouldn’t hold the water bag of 10 pounds, I was very disappointing. I can’t use it.

Easy to order
Had to be ordered, not picked up in store, but it came to our door several days later as expected. The contraption works and I use when I have a sore neck or back. Works Well

Works and is fairly comfortable, though the straps could be aligned better, almost seems like they're on the wrong side of the support strap. The bag is supposed to be left out to dry but as it collapses and the cap is not flush with an edge a lot of water remains inside the bag.

not bad, but could be improved
Very good water bag. Metal hardware is ok, but needs one more hook to allow easy connect and disconnect. Rope needs to be replaced by one less elastic. Illustration on how the face mask connects does not quite match the picture so the design/pic/instructions needs major revision.
