We have no sanitizer to add to dispenser, not sure how to rate it!!

Unable to use no refills available
FYI come loosely wrapped in
Plastic, no instructions enclosed, weighs a couple of pounds. Had to go to internet to figure out how to
Open unit, where key is and mounting instructions, no batteries either. Mhm. Refills are not yet available. Hopefully it will work.
