It came folded in half. The pages were then creased in the middle horizontally.

Pacon Chart Tablet
I use this lined tablet for writing large printed words of Christian hymns that I use with the residents when I teach a Bible Study at a local nursing home. It offers the residents the ability to see the words and to sing along as the tablet sits nicely on an easel.
