Quality has gone down. BUYER BEWARE.
I purchased this as a replacement for my old one. It is not the same product as it once was. They have reduced it to the point of being worthless. It is about half as thick as it once was and not as long. The price hasn't changed though. This is a perfect example of a company cutting corners and praying nobody will notice. I had one of these before. Really liked the way it held my wrist at a comfortable position. After many years the old one started to leak the gel. So, I got a new one, That goes to show how much I liked this item.

Does What It's Supposed To Do
My wrist are relieved when I am working at my computer for many hours a day. Purple is my favorite color, so I appreciate that as well.

GREAT GEL WRIST REST
Very comfortable for your wrists while typing. The plastic covering is much better than the cloth ones for cleaning. Just the right size, not bulky to get in your way. I highly recommend.

Looks great but broken within two weeks of using
I had one of these purchased years ago that was fantastic so decided treat myself and repurchase - even paying to ship to New Zealand. The product looked great when it arrived but within two weeks it has had large dents appear where my wrists sit and the gel cannot be moved back into the space. Big Disappointment

Poor quality
Within a couple of days it began to separate and the "gel" began seeping out. Contacted Staples and they promptly sent a replacement. The replacement has already started to bubble at the edges, so it's only a matter of time before it too will end up in the trash.
I also bought the smaller Staples gel wrist rest (item#811735) and it is a lot better quality!

Don't Bother
Ordered one - it leaked. Got a replacement - it leaked, too. Both times, within two days of receipt. I now have two of the wrist rests with mouse pads - they're smaller and I just place them where I need them.
