Note taking
I've been using these pens to take notes for years. the 0.38mm makes it easy to return and add more notes and still be able to read.

To the Point
Like the fine point of this pen. The only down side is you pretty much have to hold it upright or it will skip.

Nice Micro Point Pen
Smooth very fine (micro point .38) gel pen. I like the retractable point this has over the cap versions.

My new favorite pen
I love a fine point pen and one that is a smooth writer. It was love at first line with this pen. Even my handwriting has improved!

uni-ball Gel RT Retractable Pen
I ordered this pen for the Gel. The micro-point is a bit scratchy for me. I wanted something that rolls a little smoother. The pens are fine and I am using them but still on the hunt for something with a fairly fine point that rolls very smoothly.

BEST PEN EVER!
If you want a pen that produces a crisp fine line without blotching then this is the pen for you. I have tried many other pens with extra fine tips (0.4 mm tip or smaller) and this one is still my favorite.

My absolute favorite pen in the world!!!
I am an RN working in a very busy level 1 trauma center. As such we do a ton of writing. I love these pens because I never have to worry about if it's going to work when I grab it out of my pocket or bag. The ink is smooth and that makes my charting more legible - especially when you are in a hurry. Most of the nurses and doctors have started using these pens as well.
