It does not stick as well as advertised
I don’t care if you are shipping items or packing items for storage or moving do NOT use this tape. I have taped thousands of boxes and I thought I had ordered the heavy duty tape but I guess not. This product is not as advertised

Pay more for heavy duty

It does not stick as well as advertised

Saves Time
3M Scotch Sure Start packing tape saves a ton of time because it doesn't get stuck to itself if the dispenser screws up. How much time do you have to pick at a fragment of tape to get the roll started again? How many times does it peel up just a little and then tear in a different place. Not a hit
Something is "off" with this - yes it's tape and yes it works but it feels wrong - too soft comes off the roll too easily I feel like it's not going to stay stuck.

Best tape ever
I've bought cheap tape before and I ended up wasting trying to get it to peel without tearing. Sticking with the good stuff from now on.

Poor Quality
Very disappointed - flimsy seems very low quality and won't work in my tape gun. I won't be able to use this to ship anymore more than a couple of pounds.

Super Quiet... not sticky
This tape is SUPER quiet. However you have to use 3-4 times the amount of it on your package to get it to stick correctly. It doesn't stick well to itself or cardboard boxes. I would do a layer of this tape and then use a layer of a different type of tape to make it stick properly. Fantastic for noise level really poor for mailing and keeping packages secure.

Scotch Sure Start - Great
Scotch Brand has done it again with this version of shipping tape. Easy to stick and feed to package you are sealing. Love it.
