Won't Stick to Moving Boxes!
I packed several boxes and the next morning the tape is unstuck! What good is moving tape that won't stick to moving boxes? From other reviews, I see this has been going on for at least nine months. I bought this product because I thought it would be superior to the other ones on the shelf.

Poor Performance
I bought this tape to box p all my worldly possessions for a move to another city, some things were going into storage. What a pain! The tape kept shredding trying to get it of the roll and on to the boxes. I had to keep picking at the roll to get a complete width of tape. so frustrating when you are already stressed .

So DONE with Scotch Storage Tape
I give up. I'm throwing away the most recent roll of packaging tape from Scotch. It shreds when you try to peel it off the roll. Takes me 10 minutes to get it to a solid piece and then it shreds again. There must be a better brand. So unhappy.

Great for moving!
We just moved out of state and not one single box was ruined! That’s nearly unheard of. They really do have the best tape!

Great long term storage
Love the storage tape, I store seasonal items in either house attic or garage attic. This tape holds well under all temp variations.

Great tape that holds for years
This tape holds fast for years and years. It's the only kind I use now because you never know how long something you tape may sit in storage. It is way strong enough to use for mailing packages, despite the claims of some shipping tapes being 20x stronger.
I've seen some tape that seems to dry out after a few years, loosing all adhesion and becoming completely unst...

Strong, Reliable Tape from Scotch
This tape is reliable and easy to distribute from the helpful handle. The stickiness of the product makes securing boxing reliable. It also sticks well to other materials as I've used this tape to stick things to walls, floors, patio furniture. Overall, this product is exactly what you'd expect from this brand.

Love this dispenser!
I always struggle with packing tape dispensers. This is easy to operate and change out empty rolls.

Multipurpose
I use this tape for storage of boxed things in a not so dry area to keep moisture and insects out. I use it to protect and secure labels on my essential oil bottles. I also use it to lift fingerprints. It's so versatile.

Very strong!
I received the Scotch Long Lasting Storage Packing Tape with Dispenser to Test and Review. This packaging tape has a really strong hold on boxes that will last a very long time. I like that the dispenser is included with the tape.

Best quality!
If you plan to store taped boxes in an attic where they will be subjected to temperature variations, you need a quality tape. This one holds up!

The tape is thin and tears down the middle.
Just bought it today. When trying to peel it off the roll, it tore in a few places. I was hoping this tape would be heavy duty because the description says it is long lasting, but I was wrong. Perhaps the heavy duty tape would work better for me.

Works well
I received this product for free from 3M with the agreement I would write a review, and we use packaging tape quite a bit at our house. This tape works as it should, for more than just sealing boxes. Best Long Lasting Packing Tape!!!
Very impressed with the hold and its great strength. This tape is heavy duty.
