Its ok
Like the previous comments the platform itself is sturdy but the way the bottom attaches makes the whole thing kinda unstable also it does not lock to the preferred adjustment it just sits there and when you put your feet on it it will move forward or backwards. The tabs are just a thin plastic that keeps everything together unfortunately I do not see this product...

It's ok but not perfect
I thought it would be adjustable up and down . . . it is an adjustable tilt situation. It's not ideal for what I needed it for but it will do until I can find something else.

Not happy
Very thin materials only lift up a little bit not even 5 inches and not sturdy enough to hold the feet under the desk

If you are looking for one which provides a higher height adjustment we recommend you consider the Office Suites Adjustable Footrest #8035001 which has 3 height adjustments: 4-1/8" 4-7/8" and 5-5/8". not good quality
very cheap quality.there is a lot of friction when you move it and it wasn't tall enough for me in the high position and i'm 5'4"

It helps for bad feet
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have plantar fascitus and this helps stretch my feet and prevent them from cramping. It rocks and that can be soothing.

Comes Apart Easily If
This foot rest is sturdy enough and a nice design but if you move it even an inch with your feet the top comes off as the top is not permanently attached to the bottom - but rather uses a slide design that is unstable. I ended up buying a different standard type footstool as this was unusable for me.

It helps with my lower back.
I like the adjustability of it as I can raise or lower it. It helps with my lower back being able to raise my feet off the floor. My ankles tend to swell from sitting all day every day and when I use the footrest it helps alleviate some of that for me.

Cheap adequate
The footrest can slide to adjust its incline and helps elevate your feet instead of dangling. It is however very plasticky and rattles loudly if bumped under the desk.
