VERY SMALL
this item is for an extremely small person...the 2 people that ordered this are like medium adult size and they cant use this

fellowes support back pillow
Pillow was not wide enough for back support and was not firm. The targeted areas was not being met with support pillow

Too narrow and small
Agree with other reviews, way too narrow and doesn't fit well for anyone in my household. Also too stiff, I ordered a different one from elsewhere, it offers much better support and fits.

One size does not fit all
I was disappointed in the shape of this back support because it isn't form fitting. I have positioned it at a lower height level so it provides partial support but I would prefer a more adjustable cushion to fit my size 14 body shape. It seems this item is designed for a petite person not the average American office desk worker.

Good product somewhat pricey
Good lower back support, when coupled with a decent foot rest. Strap will probably fit a chair with narrow back; does not fit mine, so it is used without being strapped, which is still OK.

Its great the only thing it hard to keep it on the chair. The belt it has on it needs to be a little longer to be able to keep the back support in the center of the chair.

Fellowes Ergonomic Back Rest
The cushion was soft, but It was way too narrow in width. Unable to fit your back into it. I am a size 6 ladies.
