cms1500 health insurance claim forms.
I wasn't sure if these would worl with my printer. They said they were for a laser printer and I don't have one. Will they print on a nonlaser printer? Thanks Virginia

I didn't see where there was a template for these - found one online and had to play with the print settings to get it to align right -this should be easier

Your store is the only store I have found that sells these forms which make my claim filing easier. Thank you for carrying them. I definitely recommend the product to anyone who files their own claims.
