Problems
I have purchased laser cartridges for my 4600 Laserjet for many years directly from HP, however, after the installation of the last one - only pages that do contain color will print correctly, all the ones that are only black - leave a large portion of the right side of the paper blank and/or faded and I am at the end of my rope and will have to hire a professional to g...

The ordering and shipping was excellent but after I placed the cartridge in the printer the ink cartridge doesn't work properly. I have ordered hundreds of ink cartridges from staples and this is the first one that doesn't work correctly.
