The cartridge was only about half full when we put it in. It already shows to be low again with very little use.

The ordering and shipping was excellent but after I placed the cartridge in the printer the ink cartridge doesn't work properly. I have ordered hundreds of ink cartridges from staples and this is the first one that doesn't work correctly.

It's always Easy ordering from Staples!
I know I can order from Staples and get what I need--when I need it--very quickly!! When I can get that type service from one company...why would I go to another! Staples holds it together like no other! Staples On Dude!!!

Good Price
Quill delivers fast Usually get the item the next day. Using their coupons for toners really lowers the price. Their prices match other companies but using the coupons makes Quill prices better.

Poor HP quality is costing me $!
I use the HP color laserjet 4600dn often, but lately I have yet to use a complete cartridge before it leaks the toner out. The cartridges are very expensive and are quite messy during replacement due to leaking toner.
