Tax Purposes
I needed a document to keep track of all contractor's repairs at my rentals. This is perfect. It allows me to list all repairs and amounts. When filing my taxes, my account can review all my expenses.

Disjointed!
At the end of the day I finally received my items. To reach that point though, was a process that I don't care to repeat. First the wrong items were delivered. Then the correct items were delivered, only after I was notified that a delivery had been made, but wasn't. I don't know if this is typical for Staples, or just a one off. Thank you.

Difficult to use!
There is a version of this Form that is made up of individual 3 part forms. MUCH easier to use. Why not stock this instead?

while I like the carbonless three copies as an Invoice we would have liked to seen a Colum on the left hand side for Cost\Price extensions. The dollars and cents of an Invoice
