Tax Purposes

Difficult to use!
There is a version of this Form that is made up of individual 3 part forms. MUCH easier to use. Why not stock this instead?

while I like the carbonless three copies as an Invoice we would have liked to seen a Colum on the left hand side for Cost\Price extensions. The dollars and cents of an Invoice
