Even Less Ink Than Promised
Do not buy any printer that uses HP 21 ink. The cartridges cost over $15 each, even in multi-packs, and are only good for 100-150 pages of text (do not use for photos or they will only print 20-30 pages max).
As a result, my printer ink costs alone are over $1,000/year, even for light usage, and I need to reorder 4-packs at least every 3 weeks.

rip off
they are in th e business of printing money with these carts we get barely 5-10 photos before we have to replace. might be worth it at half the price or twice the output.

Good but small
I had to choose either Recommend or Not Recommend. I would only recommend this product if did not use this daily, switch to "Black Only." Use the color only if you have to.

Not good enough!
This is a poor replacement for the ink #28. The original one was darker and crisper in the color. These colors are pale and are never come out as bold color. Very sorry replacement

These two ink cartridges are the most horrible I've ever seen. I demand my money back. They produced dull and fuzzy copies and I never got my $10 rebated as promised

Not Impressed
I normally use the Black cartridge only setting yet the level in the Color Cartridge keeps going down and often they stop working working in Color Mode long before the indicator says they are empty.

I use this mostly for personal use. The cartridges have somewhat of a short use span but no problems otherwise.

HP28 Inkjet cartridge
All the HP ink cartridges now contain less ink than they previously did, thus they don't last as long and need to be replaced more often. Not good for the frugal consumer. :-(
