Suggested size and it was WRONG
I looked thru your sight for the suggested cartridge for my fax and this is the one they said would fit....it does not fit.

Too expensive
The product is good but too expensive. A generic is not available at Staples.

Bad Ink
This cartridge is very poor. Works fine but the RED color is a very deep burgundy. There is no ability to produce a simple bright red.

Multiple failures
continually failed! 56 purchased on 9/5 also continually failed. Many similar failures noted on internet. Messages "cartridge failed remove and print using reserve" then "replace both cartridges" etc over and over. sometimes proceedures successfully resulted in one or two pages being printed and then right back to the failed messages. Went through all of HP's ...

was worried cause printer had been short of ink for several years. Put the HP ink in and it worked great
