I've used these with my printer for quite awhile and have purchased at different places. Staples is reasonable easy to use and fast!

The cartridge works like it is supposed to and it came the day after I ordered it on-line. I will shop with Staples on-line from now on.

NO CHOICE
I have an HP printer the requires this cartridge so I had no choice. Staple's prompt service (Next day) was great. My only complaint was the very high price for all HP cartridges. JOHN

Recently purchased two ink cartridges. Sent to me by mail
I am very unhappy with the purchase. Both cartridges arrived in a damages state. I intend to return them to the store in San Rafael where they were purchased.

DUH! Its an INK CARTRIGE!
Works as well as the previous ink cartridge before it ran out of ink.
