The back ink cartridge is always the first to run out of ink because there are usually more pages printed with black text than any other color. I always keep at least one spare cartridge of color and black as an insurance policy because you only find out that your cartridge is out of ink when you are actually printing. The agent was very nice and helpful. she explained the buy one and get 1/2 price on second one. I purchased 2. I would have purchased only one. This is far better than the ink I've been using in my other printer. The colors are sharper and they print a much nicer picture. I'm so glad I didn't get rid of my Hewlett Packard printer. It is better than any I've ever owned. The ink costs a little more but it is well worth the price difference. I also get more pages out of the HP ink than I did the Lexmark even thou...

My HP 4 in one unit has continued to give wonderful service. I can have no complaints about it...like the Eveready Bunny it keeps on going and going and going

Great product
Great product! The only issue I had was the shipping. The box that the cartridge was sent in was about 20x bigger than the item. Minimize packaging and save fuel!!

HP27black ink cartridge
You can not beat the quality of HP products. My desk jet is old but so reliable.The cartridges 27 and 28HP are my stand bys. Very dependable and I need dependability.
