Staff confused with online orders
The staff did not log in my online order when it was received and kept telling me it had not been received. When I called the online customer service #, they confirmed it had been delivered 3 days prior. Once I picked up the order, the emails came telling me it was available to pick up.

Tax time prep
Good forms all pkgd together w/envelopes - handy! Wish there was an option to purchase a smaller set - 25 maybe. I can get this set, hand off to accounting and with a little additional prep easily be ready for tax time!
