Check and double check the size
It doesn’t fit printer. Even though this HP printer calls for this size

Perfect replacement cartridge
The HP 38A cartridge was the perfect replacement, and corrected a problem with our printer that was due to using a 3rd party replacement cartridge that was leaking toner. With the new HP toner cartridge, the LaserJet printer was working again as it should. Thanks!

New Cartridge seems to be causing consistent paper jams
We have enjoyed our old reliable hp laser jet 4200 for years! We bought a new hp laser jet 38a cartridge and the printer consistently jams with each job sent to the printer. So, not a fan. Perhaps there is some defect in this lot of cartridges.

Used one day and now my printer wants new toner??!!
Not sure what is wrong, but after about 15 pages, my printer declared the toner is low and I need a new one.

This is the cartridge we use all the time for our HP later printer. WE are very satisfied with the quality and the durability of the cartridge. WE will continue to purchase, love the fact that Quill offered a $50.00 off coupon!

Toner was New
After dealing with amazon and ebay vendors sending me toner that was 4years old I decided to order one from staples. This was the best thing I could have done. It was brand new and had just been manufactured, not sitting in someones closet for 4+ years.

Long Lasting Toner
