Check and double check the size
It doesn’t fit printer. Even though this HP printer calls for this size

Ordered the HP 38A Toner Cartridge (Q13381) by HP and it was not in stock but I was very happy that I could order it and that the employee at Staples was able to order it for me immediately. Lasts a long time
We always get more prints then the suggested amount big plus when laser toners are so expensive.

Great Performance
We have been very pleased with the performance of the HP toners. I believe it is one of the reasons our printer has lasted as long as it has - over 10 years with heavy use. The quality of the toner has to be a plus.

hp toner cartidges
this is the only reliable brand of cartridges that do not leak. we have 4 printers ad have tried other off brands over the years. many of them tend to leak ink midway through use. we have HP printers and the most compatible and reliable brand to use is Hewlett Packard.

Expensive but lasts forever
I am only on my second cartridge in 3 years lasts a very long time good quality easy to install.

Works well
We've used refilled toner cartridges from other suppliers but although most worked ok, some quality was mediocre and others leaked like crazy. Although the HP's are more expensive than some alternatives the quality has been top notch and that's worth something to us. We don't need the aggravation that mediocre cartridges bring to the organization.
