Never a problem-over 10 years!
I have used this cartridge for the past 13 years and never had one single problem. This is an excellent product. Staples has been dependable on delivery. Again I have never had one problem with shipping and delivery. Staples has been an excellent and dependable on line service.

We are frequent users so we replace it often. But it is great to have the recycling program incorporated into the box. no extra steps necessary!
