Hardware
I received the paper towel dispenser and the toilet paper holder. Both didn't come with any screws to mount on wall. I went to Lowes to get screws which was fine but maybe next time have some set of hardware to avoid unnecessary errands in traffic.

Too small for normal c fold towels
Poor quality item, regular c-fold towels too big to fit into unit. Key to open is wobbly and will probably be lost.

Does the job!
It's nice looking, easy to install. I like the clear strip that allows us to see the hand towel level. It dispenses easily..... just a little too easily where multiple or a lot will come out. But still happy with my purchase.

We have these in our kitchen and restrooms in the office. It is really useful and easy to use. No need to swing your arm back and forth to try to get a piece of paper, and no need of batteries as well. Easy to install!

I ordered this to go with the Kleenex Multifold Paper Towels, to take the place of my regular kitchen towels since I couldn't find any. It's very sanitary, and easy to use. I love it, and my critical son likes it. The only thing is that it didn't come with screws.
