Defective Cartridge / High Cost
This cartridge was ordered to test whether my 5550n or the cyan cartridge in it (ordered in May 2011) was defective causing a memory tag message to come up on the printer display. far too overpriced by Staples
Staples charges far too high prices for these cartridges. We love Staples service otherwise but you need to get more competitive on these expensive toner cartridges.

not as expensive as people think
Most people complain that its pricey. But compare yield numbers by manufacturer. HP 75XL inkjet yields 520 pages at $42. This one yields 12,000 - thats 23 inkjets for [$]! ANYWAY. When the cartridge empties, you can't get final actual yield, so print occassionally so you can track real yield. I got 7750 with 15% left.
