I don't know how you can give 5 stars to a product that tears so easily. I spent more time dealing with the tearing tape than I did sealing my package...

Awesome tape!
We have tried several different brands of shipping/packing tape, but have not been very happy with the quality of the tape. We just got some Scotch Heavy Duty tape from Quill and we LOVE it! It is much easier to dispense and use. We don't need to add more tape to be sure it holds up during shipping. We will keep using Scotch brand!

Great Tape, Mediocre Dispenser
With years of tape experience, I would have expected a better roll dispenser that kept the end of the tape in place for the next use and had wider tabs to keep the tape from slipping out. This Scotch brand dispenser does not quite meet those needs which allows the tape end to go back to the roll.

Better than the Big Handle tape dispensers.
I am on the other side of a big move. I have taped boxes and bubble wrap around fragile things and I don't want to tape another thing for a long time. I started with a tape gun, is what I call it. What???
This tape is really strong, as advertised; however, the ear stabbing sound it makes when you use it anything disrupts the entire office.

Heavy Duty?
Adhesive is very good but could be thicker. Also very prone to twist and fold up onto itself.

Great packaging tape!
Tried numerous off brands. All of which were impossible to find the edge after using. Would automatically stick back to roll and could not unpeel. Scotch only one that does not do this.
