Great toner cartridges
These last quite a while for us and we use one printer for 8 people in this office. We don't print much anymore. I'd say we get 6 months out of it now.

Not happy!
Not happy at all. I tried to re-order the same toner I always get but it was out of stock. It offered me another toner in lieu so I ordered it. Its not even compatible with my printer! Unfortunately it was a work day when it required I change toner to discover this. The halted my productivity and then I learned in store no longer carries Samsung toner.

Samsung Cartridges are reliable
I always (unless unavailable) use OEM cartridges in my printers. Even though Samsung sold there printing business to HP some years ago.. the quality of the supplies still remains strong. They may be more expensive per cartridge.. but the expense per good images printed is not more expensive than cheaper compatible cartridges.

not 5000 copies
We only make about 20 copies a day if even that and the toner keeps needing replaced. We just ordered this one Dec. 9 and installed it Jan 2 in our samsung copier by feb 17 it says replace toner and is barely making a copy.
