First of all the store is set up so it’s easy to find what I’m looking for.The people who work in your store are very helpful. There is a woman at the checkout counter who is excellent. I am always amazed at how efficient and knowledgeable and fast she is.

Great Office Supply Store
I like the pastel colors. All pop up post its and regular post its are always good quality from Staples. Would recommend this product.

A Handy Post-It
The purchase was pop-up 3" X 3" handy pads of Post-It notes for a dispenser. They are great for reminders or taking down phone numbers. They were easy to order with fast turnaround time for pickup.

Quick response to my complaint
My order was going to be up to 7 days late. I complained via email. Staples responded promptly shortened the delay to one day followed up several times. They even called me. Good recovery from a bad situation

Would like a little smaller packaging. 6 pads would have been plenty. Had to purchase 12 pads which will last me for a long time.

Different Quantity!
They seem fine only 2 small packs though….100 pages each not a pack of 12. Was charged for only two.
