most reliable toner ever
This toner is incredible for its price. It never goes wrong and never fades until the last minute so you get a bit of warning. It seems to go on for ever printing thousands of pages, Coupled with the hp 1300 Laserjet Printer it is an awesome combination for monochrome printing

Old Toner?
Purchased this toner and less then one week it started fading out, to the point you can barely read it. I called 5 times trying to get help on returning for a replacement or credit back, on the fifth time I was finally able to get a lady to send me a fedex return label. Wow such bad customer service.

Cartridge fine
I’ve had an HP LASER JET 1300 printer for years. It’s an amazing work horse! Never had a problem receiving cartridges until today..box ripped 2 ways and cartridge in view. Fortunately the cartridge seems ok..driver said it came to their facility in this condition. I’ll watch it for a while..like that HP has made recycling easy!

This product was delivered on time as promised in perfect condition. I always use only HP products for my HP laser jet 1300 printer. For a good quality ink and good looking finished product I find HP to be an excellent product.

problem with toner
We have never had a problem with this toner before but this time the paper came out almost all black. Put the old one back in and it was fine, (although a little light because it was ready to replace).
