"Premium" should MEAN "Premium"
When you pay more for "Premium" staples you expect them to be sturdy and powerful, able to aid a stapler that claims it can staple 25-28 pages and not jam. These do neither. Thin. Weak. Jams. Quality staples do not live in this box.

Not the staples that fit my stapler.
I spent a half hour on the phone with a customer service rep to get the staples that fit the stapler I have. They didn’t work. Turns out they don’t fit my stapler after all. Had to return everything.

Too Wide
The staples are too wide and do not fit in the staple channel of my Bostich Electric Stapler!. However, they do fit in my Swingline stapler so I will use them for that stapler.

Not as described....
I asked if these could be used a P3 Plier stapler and they cannot. They are too wide and will not fit in the stapler.

Best for Desktop Electric Stapler

A visit to your Chatsworth store
Staples has so many products that entering the store can be a bit overwhelming. Having people as greeters and offering help at the entrance is a great idea.
