Not the same tape does NOT stick
This tape is a waste. It won't stick to cardboard peels off after a very short time. Have to wrap the tape completely around the box to try to stick it to itself and that doesn't even always work. Have to use an entire roll when I should only need to use a few feet.

Very Disappointed
It feels thin and like its stretches instead of rolls off the tape roll. We use tape all day long from a tape dispenser. We will go back to the other Staples brand packing tape.

Could use improvement
Needs to be a little thicker and stick better. We ship books out to our students and use this regularly. It seems that they have changed the way they make it so its now thinner and they don't use as much glue.

thin bad smell and can't reposition
I think I bought the wrong item. This tape is very thin and smells so bad my secretary had to wear mask to use this tape. And she complained about this tape is not easy to apply to any box.

DOES NOT STICK TO BOXES
Last batch we received (circa Dec 2023) is awful tape curls off the box just sitting there. We used to use this brand all the time to ship boxes. Found an old roll in the drawer; it was much thicker back then and was able to hold boxes closed. Had to order Scotch Brand instead. Staples offered to return it if less than 30 days since ordered but like most organizations...

It is not enough tape on the roll the tape doesn't stick well i need to go over a few times

came quickly good price
I haven’t needed to open this package and use any of the tape yet so can’t comment on “usability” but I’m sure it’s fine. I thought the price was good for 6 rolls and it shipped to me very quickly!

Good
The tape works/sticks very well for what we use it for. Just FedEx envelopes & maybe some boxes every now & then. However it stinks pretty badly & any tape we've used in the past has not stunk like this. Havent decided if it's worth the price difference yet though.

Horrible quality it kept breaking mid roll. It is NOT heavy duty as described. Very cheap!! Won’t buy again.
