Rip-off printer cartridge
This cartridge was GROSSLY over-priced. Staples' price more than doubled since the last time I bought it.

I had never replaced the toner for my copier before. The young man who helped me was amazing! He looked up what I needed, helped me find it on the shelf, then went to a great effort to get me set up with the new Staples Rewards and thoroughly explained it to me. This was at the Burlington, IA store on July 7th.

The ink cartridge is fine. It's the headache with Quill's dropping off the coupon that was deducted from the price then magically disappearing when you hit the SUBMIT ORDER NOW button.
