CHARTPAK TRIANGULAR SCALE FOR ENGINEERS
I BOUGHT THIS FOR ONE OF OUR NEWEST EMPLOYEES...HE SAID..."I HAVE NEVER USED ONE LIKE THIS" BUT AFTER SHARING WITH A COUPLE OF OTHER ENGINEERS IN THE OFFICE THEY ALL LOVED IT SO I MAY BE ORDERING MORE OF THEM IN THE NEAR FUTURE. THANK YOU FOR YOUR FAST SERVICE !

Just use a normal 6-sided scale
You spin the rod to change the scale while the tick marks stay the same. As a result the tick marks are generic and therefore difficult to read. Also you do indeed have to pick up the scale in order to change the scale you're using. The standard six-sided star wars-looking engineering scale is much more practical and useful and less prone to error. It's heavy thou...
